Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Morrow Studio. By using the shop, you agree to them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — we may cancel it and refund any payment in full.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. Shipping and any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the total shown. If a payment is declined, the order will not be accepted.
Shipping, risk and returns
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Our returns policy is part of these terms and sets out your rights to return eligible items.
Product information
We try to describe colours, materials and dimensions accurately. Screens vary, and natural materials vary by piece; small differences are not defects. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by a small amount.
Intellectual property
The site, photography, copy, designs and marks are owned by Morrow Studio or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the shop is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
