Privacy
We collect the minimum information needed to process an order, answer a question and improve the shop. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
- Contact and delivery details you provide at checkout: name, email address, shipping address and phone number.
- Order information: the items you bought, the amount paid and the shipping method.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through privacy-friendly analytics where enabled.
- Payment details are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use your information to fulfil orders, send order and shipping updates, handle returns, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and understand which parts of the shop are useful. With your consent, we may send occasional studio notes; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
The shop uses essential cookies to remember your bag and to keep checkout secure. If analytics are enabled, they are loaded only after you consent where required by law. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the bag and checkout may stop working.
Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary data with service providers who help us run the shop: Stripe for payments, our hosting provider for the website, our email provider for order notifications, and our shipping carriers for delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@morrowstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymise them.
Children
The shop is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the updated policy.
