Shipping
We ship from our studio in Brooklyn, New York. Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually leave the same day; everything else leaves within one to two business days.
Rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping is $12 and arrives in 3–5 business days within the United States, or 6–10 business days internationally. Express shipping is $28 and arrives in 1–2 business days within the US, or 3–5 business days internationally.
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax.
Made-to-order pieces
The Atelier Lounge Chair is made to order in North Carolina and ships in 4–6 weeks. Because it is built for you, it cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. You will receive a note with the expected production window after checkout.
Tracking
When your order leaves the studio you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If it has not moved after three business days, write to us and we will look into it.
International orders and duties
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Korea. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Import duties, VAT and handling fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents within 48 hours of delivery and email support@morrowstudio.com with your order number. We will replace the item or refund it.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 14 days. We will open a claim with the carrier.
